YMCA of Greater Toronto

To help the YMCA of Greater Toronto increase revenue from corporations by establishing a corporate partnership program.

Scope/Description of Involvement:

• Review and analyze all previous strategic relationships with corporations and corporate partnership programs at a range of competitive and complementary organizations
• Conduct an Impakt Assessment of existing programs to determine which are most suitable for partnership with corporations
• Develop key presentation packages to facilitate discussions with potential corporation partners Coaching of corporate development staff to initiate a results oriented corporate partnership approach strategy
• Develop a corporate case for support to articulate the organization's social impact in a clear and compelling manner
• Use of the Impakt Valuation to assess the business and social outcomes of a key strategic relationship

Deliverables:

• YMCA Academy Case for Support: Program-specific corporate outreach communications tool
• YMCA Corporate Case for Support: Corporate outreach communications tool
• Impakt Valuation: Complete Impakt Valuation to assess the YMCA's continued relationship with a major corporate partner

Outcomes/Benefits:

Development of Corporate Partnership Program, which has resulted in new partnerships including PepsiCo and TD Financial.
