Developed and implemented a national CSR program for 3M Canada and assessed the performance of the program and partner organizations.
We developed the 3M Healthy Communities brand, built new partnerships, engaged employees, managed and evaluated the program.
The results of the project were a CSR program that aligned with 3M’s brand and values, reflected the priorities of employees and customers, and supported business goals including improved recruitment, increased employee engagement, and support of sales objectives. 3M received the Global Marketing Excellence Award as a result of our work.
