Impakt and FirstService Corporation forged a unique relationship and both organizations were involved in the process from beginning to end. Impakt and FirstService Corporation conducted a review of internal and competitor CSR initiatives and then concluded the research by conducting in-depth interviews with key internal stakeholders.
Through this research we were able to understand the current initiatives of FirstService Corporation and of their competitors. This information was consolidated and presented to senior management. With Impakt guiding the Discovery Phase, FirstService was able to begin developing strategies for the future and steps they want to take so that they can achieve the social purpose initiatives tomorrow that they imagine today.
