The Indigenous Women’s Loan Fund

IBC Logo

On June 21, National Aboriginal Day, IBC launched Canada’s first loan fund designated for Indigenous women in Alberta. The urgent need for this fund has been documented in a new Impakt report that we are happy to share with you: Creating a New Narrative: Empowering Indigenous Women Through Entrepreneurship. The research study was made possible by Indian Business Corporation and Business Development Bank of Canada.
